Yes, we do Mondays - Fridays and we have technicians on-call during the evenings and weekends.
Residents can either call the office or go through Rentcafe and submit a work order via the resident portal.
Maintenance receives a work order and the work orders are prioritized by level of urgency and call-in dates.
Residents do not have to be present.
We only perform lockouts if the lock is defective. Residents must contact a locksmith.
There could be charges after moving out. Please verify with the Property Manager before making any physical changes to the home.

We have a 24-Hour pool available to our residents.
The pool is open 24 hours.
There is one covered space per home, open parking, and garages available for rental at the rate of $175 per month.
Each home has a washer and dryer installed in the home.

There is no fitness center at this site.
We do not have set quiet hours. The pool is open 24 hours.

There are no fees associated with an on-site tour.
We accept both appointments and walk-ins.

There is a $60 application fee, $200 plus taxes for administration fees, a $750 refundable deposit, and any applicable taxes.

Your lease would provide for a fee equal to 1.5x the monthly rental amount.

Directions
If you take 7th Avenue North just past Indian School Rd and turn east on Turney. The property will be on your right about a 1/4 mile up the road at 5th Avenue.
